Returns must be made within 14 days from the day the item was received. Returned items must be in original condition, unworn and unwashed (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, dog hair, smoke or wear) with all product tags attached in the original packaging. Initial shipping fees are non-refundable.

Final Sale items are NON RETURNABLE. Final Sale items include anything on Sale, Sports Bras and Undergarments.

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Diners Club. Note, cards issued by local banks which do not carry one of these logos may not be accepted directly by our credit card processor. You may be able to pay via PayPal.

Paypal
You can fund your PayPal account via your bank or a credit card.  Please make sure to ship to a confirmed address, or you order may be delayed or cancelled.

Afterpay
For qualified borrowers, you can pay for your purchase over four equal installments, due every two weeks. This payment option is only available on US orders.

I just placed an order.  How long will it take to arrive?
Our warehouse fills orders M-F, and most orders leave our facility within 2 days.  Normal time in transit is 2-7 days.  Due to the volume of orders during our Trap Friday Sale, shipping may take between 4-6 weeks. Please allow extra time for delays due to bad weather and USPS COVID-19 related staffing shortages.

My order didn't go through, why was I still charged?
If your payment method was declined or order was otherwise not accepted on our end, the funds will be returned by your bank/card provider within 24-72 business hours (times vary by cc/bank). Please check with your financial institution for more information.

My tracking says my package was delivered, but I didn't get my package.

Please check with your neighbors and other members of your household, as they may have collected your package for you.  Then check with your postal carrier and local post office to see if they are holding the package for you.  Packages are often scanned before they are delivered.
